A mothers most private moments of connecting with her unborn child. I left the sculpture with more of a rough texture to represent the changes a mother goes through while pregnant. We are always feeling different, emotionally and physically. My model was a close friend about ready to give birth. I wanted to capture the pure, glowing beauty of her.
